Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern bookings and the hire of spaces at Edinburgh Training & Conference Venue. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have received your written acceptance and, where applicable, any required deposit. Provisional bookings are held for a limited period at our discretion.

Payment

Invoices are payable in line with the terms stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request a deposit for larger events.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given prior to your event date. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Use of the venue

• The venue must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your delegates and guests.
• Any damage to the venue or equipment may be charged to the organiser.

Liability

We take great care to deliver your event smoothly. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where prohibited by law.
